We were on the radio yesterday - check out http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/p008hrvq then skip 56.30 minutes into the show!

We're also in the Daily Echo - check out http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/8246148./

But we still have soooo many stories to tell and will get back into doing weekly updates soon.

Really looking foreward to telling you all about the Israel and what happened when we wildcamped 20km from the Gaza strip, our ride on a cargo ship accross to to Italy.. and how we kept fit for the 7 days spent on ship, all about the wonderous feeling of spring in Europe - the Italian icecream and vino and then crossing the alps and traversing france!

Watch this space!!

You guys are LEGENDS!!! I'm so proud of you both. Your country should be celebrating your return and your epic victory, unlike your football boys, who hardley deserve the heros welcome you both do:(

Greetings Rob and Polly!
I'm not sure if you remember me, but we had dinner together by the campfire of a backpackers in Swaziland, just over a year ago! I was two weeks away from heading back to Canada after my 9 months in Africa you were just heading off on your big adventure! Now I'm not sure if you named your bikes, but I just got a new bike and decided to name her Polly, because I have always loved that name. Then it reminded me of you, and after googling "Polly, bike, Africa, blog" I found this AMAZING blog of your adventures! I have spent the last 2 hours reading - the account of your travels is beautifully written and the pictures are fabulous! I hope you will leave the blog in place for awhile so I can catch up on all your adventures, you two are truly an inspiration :)

Yes, I've been on the road for four months now! Three and a half of that was in good old Ethiopia -- I'm in Kenya now. You can check out my blog at http://aravosprec.wordpress.com/

Best wishes to you two!
