Mseleni Dawn

Helping keep things in perspective

sunny 22 °C

Dawn at Mseleni.. winter mornings give a mist that covers the ground and reflects the dawn rays – just the trees poke through. I’ll never forget the first time I saw it.. running up the hill to labour ward having had 2 hrs sleep, terrified by the emergency that I was being summoned to...But that incredible sight reminded me that God was in control and I could trust Him.

Hopefully we’ll remember that in tough times on our travels.

Howdy there intrepid cyclists

Out of Swaziland yet? Weekend very much fun - photos are great - how did the jumping off the canyon photo come out?

Journey back uneventful - enjoyed my second Jozini KFC of the weekend (do find it almost impossible to drive past), but the clamber back up the mountain made me think it was justified.

Hope the knees are a bit less painful after a couple of days of rest.

Hospital still pretty busy - you're absence has definitely been felt over the past week!

Anyway - keep us posted on how your doing etc - I am currently procrastinating doing the stoooooooooopid south african tax form which I have built up a bit of a mental block about.

Happy cycling!
